Heelan students will perform the musical “Mary Poppins” Thursday-Saturday, April 25-April 27 at 7 p.m. and Sunday April 28 at 2 p.m. in the Heelan Fine Arts Auditorium. Tickets are $12 for adults and $5 for students and children.

Heelan students in the cast are Mary Poppins - Kate Gill, Bert- Tanner Summerville, Winifred and George Banks – Lauren Sobaski and Eric Lohr; and Miss Andrews – Foster Johnson and Banks children - Abby Demers pf Holy Cross School and Jacob Malenosky of Mater Dei School.

In the musical plot when Jane and Michael the children of the wealthy and uptight Banks family, are faced with the prospect of a new nanny, they are pleasantly surprised by the arrival of the magical Mary Poppins. Embarking on a series of fantastical adventures with Mary and her Cockney performer friend, Bert, the siblings try to pass on some of their nanny's sunny attitude to their preoccupied parents.
