Reminders -
- Read-a-Thon Fundraiser: Friday, March 22 from 1:00-3:00 PM. Packets and donations are due on Thursday, March 21. Click here for more information!
- 2024-2025 Registration: Registration for current BHCS families is OPEN! Please go to bishopheelan.org. Under the photos you will see the Parent Portal link to Infinite Campus. Enter your information. Once in, go the the "More" category listed on the far left, at the very bottom. This will take you to the "2024-2025 Online Registration."
- Snow Makeup Schedule Changes: Wednesday, March 27 will now be a FULL school day. We were scheduled for a noon dismissal as part of the Easter weekend.

- Iowa Substitute Teaching Authorization Course: Click here if you're interested in becoming a substitute teacher.
- Altar Server Training: 4th-8th Grade students interested in becoming an altar server can sign-up for training here.
- Lunch Accounts & Tuition: Please remember that lunch is not free this year. You may utilize the Infinite Campus Parent Portal here to add money to your student's lunch account and make tuition payments.
- Morning Drop-Off: If the temperature is 40 degrees or above, students will line up outside in the mornings.
- Dismissal Procedure: Please click here for a refresher of our dismissal & drop-off procedures. Due to construction, there will be NO PARKING available at dismissal. All families will need to use the pick-up line.
- Please send a NON-GLASS refillable water bottle to school with your student(s) each day!
- Breakfast & Lunch Menus: Monthly Sacred Heart menus can be found here.
- Uniform and Dress Code Policy: Click here. Students may wear a Heelan or Sacred Heart t-shirt with uniform bottoms on Fridays. Shorts may be worn from the beginning of the academic year until October 31, and from April 1 until the closing of the school year.
