Our Catholic faith is central to our learning community with these activities:
• Prayer to open each class and begin and close each school day
• All-school liturgies held every week at the Cathedral
• Masses and Prayer Services are held in the Heelan High Chapel
• Antioch Lounge at Heelan offers bible study, prayer groups and faith discussions
• Religion classes
• Chaplain faith-building activities with Fr. Travis Crotty and Campus Minister Lexi Ricke
• Student retreats in schools and parishes
• Faculty and staff retreats
• Days of reconciliation
• Knights of the Altar
Our Service Outreach:
• Community Service Day sending 500 students to area non-profits
• Thanksgiving and Christmas gifts for needy families
• Make a Wish donations to fulfill the dream of a seriously ill child
• Mission trips to serve others
• “Then Feed Just One” meal packing event for Honduras
• Special Olympics and other community activities
• Mayor’s Youth Commission participation
